We are a team of young professionals, role models and change makers who inspire and aspire to educate our peers to use their talents and skills for positive social change. Our team compromises of talented, dedicated and passionate professionals who aspire to make positive change in the community by encouraging  youth to be the positive change they would wish to see in the society. We believe in a change that starts with ourselves, every person has a story, our uniqueness is our strength, and we must share it for positive change. Our slogan is the champion in you which is based on self belief, encouragement, pro-activeness, skills and talents utilization to reach the stars.

We have a dedicated team which is committed to offer their time, energy, skills, talents and resources to drive our mission toward the vision of an institution which inspires excellence, skills transfer and lifelong learning in Africa.

We have a team of passionate, dedicated professional practitioners with more than 5 years experience in the field of practice. Our team constitutes of skilled , experienced youth leaders and experts who have worked in many fields for example in ICT, Training delivery, Management, Sports for development, Theater, Art management, etc. We are a group young people and experts with the intentions to lead and impact the World around us through our courage, talent, skills, values, initiative and innovation.

Main Objective

  • Establishing the connectivity of experts to offer mentor-ship to our target group through collaborative learning.
  • Encourages ISR which stand for Individual Social Responsibility.
  • Everyone is encouraged to learn despite their skills level or background.
  • Training of the 21st century career skills that will increase participants chances of employ-ability (includes self-employment and start ups). The 21st century skills are; – collaboration and teamwork. creativity and imagination, critical thinking and problem solving.

Occupation: Student/ Designer.
Interests: Working with the youth, Mentoring, ICT, Languages, photography.
Role at Wilsen Initiative: Vice – Chairperson / Editor.

Occupation: Accountant.

Interests: Working with youth especially empowering the girl child, football coaching and business management.
Role at Wilsen Initiative:  Sports coordination girl’s team.

Message to the youth: ” I would urge all the youth especial the girl child to stand up and let our voices be heard in the society, we to can do it only if we dedicate ourselves in positive ventures and be patient to achieve whatever we want in life.
